Technavors Security provides cybersecurity services including Application Security Testing, Network & Cloud Security, Compliance Readiness, and Managed Security Services. All service scopes are defined by mutual agreement in project proposals or contracts.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent a company. You represent that you have the authority to bind the organization you act on behalf of.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, security, and technical data exchanged during engagements. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, tools, reports, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Technavors Security. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

6. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems or tools.
• Engaging in any unlawful activity using our services.
• Impersonating Technavors or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Violating security testing agreements or authorized testing boundaries.

7. Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms will be defined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Technavors Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. While we use best practices and qualified engineers, we do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected or that our solutions are error-free.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that may harm our reputation or business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
